Why work with us?

Athletes will be coached by a Sports Scientist with over 15 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach & a Doctor of Physical Therapy - we aren’t personal trainers.

The BRIX Youth Performance Program is led by two specialists, Coach Rick and Dr. Beth. Who is this for?

This is not a summer camp. It's a performance program for athletes who take their sport seriously.

The BRIX Youth Performance Program is designed for young athletes who are competing, or who want to compete at a higher level. If your athlete has a sport, a season, or a goal, this program gives them the foundation to perform better and stay healthier doing it.

Open to athletes ages 13 and up. No prior strength training experience required. Only a commitment to showing up and putting in the work.

The multi-sport athlete

Soccer, basketball, baseball, lacrosse, tennis, volleyball, track - any sport benefits from improved strength, power, and movement quality.

The club or travel athlete

High-volume training seasons demand a body that's resilient. Use the summer to build capacity before the next season starts.

The middle school or high school athlete

Preparing for tryouts, looking to earn a starting spot, or working toward a college athletic career, summer is when the work gets done.

What makes this different from a youth camp

A youth camp gives every kid the same drills, the same schedule, and the same program.

We start with a clinical force plate assessment and build a training plan specific to your athlete's body. Their strengths, their deficits, and their sport.

Every session is led by a certified Sports Scientist and Strength and Condition Coach with prehab guidance from a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Results are tracked, measured, and shared, so coaches and parents can see exactly what changed over the summer.

What’s Included

Force Plate Assessment

Initial + post-session evaluation with VALD ForceDecks. Results dashboard can be shared to your coach and/or physical therapist.

Individualized Prehab Program

Each athlete receives a individualized prehab plan derived from their force plate data to build mobility, stability, and structural balance to reduce injury risk.

Small Group Training

90-minute small group sports performance sessions, Monday through Thursday stating June 22nd.

Together, Beth and Rick co-founded BRIX Performance RX in Seattle to bring clinical-grade assessment and evidence-based programming to athletes at every level. The Youth Performance Program is the direct result of that collaboration. A program where your athlete is assessed like a professional and trained like one too.
