We measure how you move, produce force, and tolerate load through a comprehensive physical therapy assessment and performance testing.

  • Force plate analysis

  • Goal setting and performance planning

PLAN

Based on your assessment, we design a personalized plan that integrates physical therapy and performance training. 

We don’t guess - we build a roadmap.

We help you determine:

  • What needs to improve first

  • How to progress your strength and movement

  • When physical therapy and performance training sessions occur

  • What you’ll be doing between visits

Outcome: A clear path forward instead of random exercises or short-term fixes.


REBUILD

This is where the real work happens. Most injuries happen when the body is asked to handle more than it’s prepared for.

We help you rebuild through a combination of:
