What is Performance Training?

Performance training is best for those that want to build strength, capacity, and athletic performance. We will help you train smarter, prevent injuries, feel more confident and capable, and have fun in the process!

Training sessions may include:

Training Technology

We don’t guess, we assess and progress using state-of-the-art technology and evidence-based training methods.

  • We use VALD ForceDecks to measure force production, power, strength, and side-to-side asymmetries.

  • Velocity based training sensor from OVR Performance to improve speed and power used for Velocity Based Training (VBT).

  • Recovery modalities uses Compex muscle stimulators

  • We can integrate your heath wearable device to track and monitor your recovery and adjust your workouts.

Your fitness journey at BRIX Performance RX begins with a comprehensive rehab & performance assessment. We will discuss your goals, review any injuries or limitations you may have, assess your mobility, and use objective testing to look at your strength, power, and sport-specific needs.

We will work together to develop a personalized plan to help you smash your goals!

With a physical therapist, strength & conditioning coach, and sports scientist on your team, we are confident we can help you work through any previous injuries or limitations while working towards your long term goals.

  • 75-minute initial assessment for new clients: $325

  • 75-minute follow-up performance training session: $175
