Your rehab journey begins with a comprehensive assessment to find the root cause of your pain or injury(s).
We will work together to develop a personalized treatment plan to decrease your symptoms, improve your mobility, increase your strength, and empower you to take control of your body and your life.
Treatment plans are based on current research methods, our training and coaching experience, and our extensive knowledge in fitness and movement, especially when it comes to training through injuries.
75-minute initial assessment for new clients: $325
45-minute follow-up physical therapy session: $225
*Payment is due at the time of service. We accept HSA/FSA.
*You may be eligible to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
