At BRIX, we offer Physical Therapy, Performance Training, and Small Group Rehab Classes. Each serves a different purpose depending on where you are in your recovery or performance journey.

Physical Therapy

Whether you are working through an injury, interested in preventative care, or looking to improve your recovery, you will work one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy to develop a plan to meet your goals.

Best for addressing pain, injury, or movement limitations.

Focus areas may include:

  • Injury diagnosis and treatment

  • Pain reduction and symptom management

  • Restoring mobility and joint function

  • Corrective exercises and rehabilitation

  • Guidance on continuing and returning to activity safely

Best for: People dealing with pain, recovering from injury, or struggling with movement limitations.

Performance Training

We offer strength and performance coaching to all training levels, from absolute beginners to those seeking general health and wellness, injury prevention, or sport-specific athletes including youth athletes, golf, tennis, track and field, soccer, basketball, CrossFitters and weightlifters looking to improve their performance.

Best for building strength, capacity, and athletic performance.

Focus areas may include:

  • Strength and resistance training

  • Plyometrics and power development

  • Mobility and movement skill development

  • Return-to-running and jumping progressions

  • Individualized workout programming

Best for: People who want to train smarter, prevent injuries, and improve performance.

Group Classes

We offer several strength & conditioning group classes (and are working on more!).

Classes are programmed and taught by Beth, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, & Rick, a strength coach and sports scientist.
