What Is Rebuild?

Rebuild is semi-private personal training leveled up. We combine physical therapy principles with fitness & performance training to bridge the gap from rehab to performance.

You aren’t just getting out of pain, you’re building a more capable body.

You’ll follow a personalized program, designed specifically for your body, your goals, and your injury history, while training in an environment that keeps you consistent and supported.

Rebuild is designed and coached by:

  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy who understands injury, pain, and movement

  • A Sport Scientist who understands load, adaptation, and performance

Your body doesn’t need random workouts. It needs the right plan at the right time.

This collaboration allows us to:

  • Progress you safely without being overly cautious

  • Push performance without increasing risk

  • Bridge the gap between rehab and real training

Who is Rebuild for?

Rebuild is for people who:

  • are tired of skipping the gym due to aches and pains, nagging injuries, or constant setbacks.

  • are ready to safely push towards higher-level movements and performance

  • are post surgical athletes wanting to combine rehab with full body training

  • have either completed physical therapy or are looking for a way to combine their rehab without losing their fitness.

  • want to find a way to work through your injuries, not just around them.

  • are ready for more than just pain relief

  • are pregnant & postpartum athletes

  • want to build strength, make lasting improvements to your mobility, and regain your confidence

  • want the accountability and support of a group class while still getting individualized coaching and guidance.

If you find yourself…

  • constantly modifying movements, but you never feeling like you are progressing?

  • avoiding the gym because you are scared of getting injured or aggravating a prior injury?

  • “finished” with physical therapy, but your don’t feel 100% ready to return to the gym or sports on your own?

  • wanting expert eyes on your form so you can lift, move, and train with confidence?

  • tired of guessing what’s safe to do at the gym?

  • not wanting to workout alone, but avoiding group fitness classes because you don’t get enough attention?

The Rebuild Program isn’t just about feeling better for a few weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I'm injured or have a physical limitation?

Then this class is perfect for you! This class is coached by a physical therapist who’s trained to work specifically with injuries. We will make the necessary modifications based on your specific needs. If you have a new injury or medical issue, please consult your physician before starting any fitness routine.

Is this for all fitness levels?

Yes! Whether you are new to fitness or a veteran, we can make adjustments and modifications to meet your needs.

Can I do this instead of Physical Therapy?

It depends. Some injuries need more formal rehab with hands on manual techniques. This class does not take the place of traditional physical therapy, but can work in addition to.

If you have completed physical therapy, but still aren’t where you want to be, then this class is a great option.

Can I still do this if I'm not injured?

Yes! Anyone can be part of Rebuild. Some people need more guidance in the gym, regardless of if they are injured. We can help you meet your goals.

What if I can’t make it to a class, will a session be wasted?

No! You may drop in to any of the coached times at BRIX to complete your missed workout.

Coached times are:

Monday & Wednesday 1:30-4pm
Tuesday & Thursday 11am-1pm

If you know in advance that you will miss a class, we can also program you a home workout.

This seems more expensive than other gyms. Why?

We definitely understand that this is a higher price point than other fitness programs. What we can promise is that this program blends rehab, strength training, and fitness, designed specifically for you.

You aren’t just paying for a great workout or a gym membership; you are investing in expert guidance, hands-on coaching, and a clear path to the activities you love.

By joining Rebuild, you’ll receive custom programming and 8-9 classes a month led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Sports Scientist. Between us we have over 30 years of coaching experience.

Attending one-on-one physical therapy or working with a personal trainer can cost over $2000/month. Our goal is to give you the same value and attention as you receive during one-on-one sessions, with the added benefits of training with a small group of people who also provide support, accountability, and motivation.

What are “coached hours”?

Coached hours are dedicated training times where a coach is on the floor to guide you through your individualized Rebuild program.

Instead of starting at a fixed class time, you can arrive anything during these hours and complete your session with coaching support and feedback.

Are current coached hours are:

Mondays & Wednesdays from 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Will a coach be there?

Yes - there will always be a coach (Dr. Beth or Coach Rick) on the floor during coached hours. We’re there to:

  • help you understand your program and execute it correctly

  • answer questions

  • make real-time adjustments and modifications as needed

  • ensure you are progressing safely and effectively

Am I just working out on my own?

No. You will still follow a structured, personalized program and still be coached throughout your session. Most often, there will be other Rebuild members there. You may or may not being doing similar things.

Do I need to show up at a specific time?

You can arrive anytime during the coached hour block that works best for your schedule. Most workouts take about a hour to complete, so just make sure you give yourself enough time to finish your session.

How do I reserve workout time during coached hours?

You can reserve time during coached hours through the Jane for Clients mobile app or through our online booking site.

How is this better than set class times?

Set class times can make consistency difficult if life gets busy. Instead of showing up late to a class, you have less pressure to “make” a specific time. This allows:

  • more opportunities each week to train

  • more flexibility if your schedule changes

  • better consistency and better results

Will my program be personalized?

Yes! In fact, this allows us to give you even more custom exercises based on your injuries, goals, symptoms, and performance. You may be doing something similar to other members (sometimes doing a metcon is better with a group vs solo) but every Rebuild members has different needs and goals.

How long should I expect to be in the gym?

Most sessions will take 45-60 minutes, depending on your program. At the start of each training block, exercises may be new to you and take a bit longer to learn but then you will get the hang of it!

What if I like the structure of specific class times?

Totally fair - you can still create that structure for yourself. Try to pick consistent days/times each week to build a routine that works for you.

What if I have questions during my workout?

That’s exactly what coached hours are for. Your coach will be there the entire time to guide you and make sure you feel confident in what you are doing.

Is this the same as “Open Gym”?

No - open gym is not “coached” time. You can use open gym to complete your workout, but you will not receive real-time feedback.

What if I can only make one day, but really want to sign up?

You may do one day per week in person and have the other workouts made to perform at home.

What if I want to train more than 3x/week?

Ask us if coming in 3-4x week is right for you. We just want to make sure you aren’t doing TOO MUCH - so we can help you with designing the best program for you.

Is this a CrossFit class?

If you are a CrossFit athlete wanting to get back to CrossFit, then we can do that!

If you don’t need to work on high intensity or conditioning, we can make your workouts more strength-focused.

Do I need any prior lifting or fitness experience?

No! You can join as a beginner. We will modify each workout based on where you are at. If you have any questions or concerns, you can schedule a phone call prior to joining.
